RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aiye Essentials, LLC, every product is crafted with intention, care, and attention to detail. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:


  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Clear photos of the issue are included with your request


We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or results), as all products are handcrafted and made in small batches.


2. NonReturnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:


  • Email us at hello@aiyeessentials.com within 7 days
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund


We may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement is issued.


4. Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the error was ours

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Aiye Essentials is not responsible for:


  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout


Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
